1. Measuring
The first step is to accurately measure the width and length of the area where the rug will go. In different spaces such as the living room, bedroom or hallway, it's important to consider how the rug relates to the furniture. If you can't settle on measurements, our showroom team can guide you.
2. Choosing Material and Texture
You choose among natural materials such as wool, cotton, Tencel, viscose and sisal based on how often the space is used and the texture you want. More durable textures suit high-traffic areas, while softer yarns can be chosen for spaces like bedrooms.
3. Choosing Color and Pattern
Seeing color and texture samples in person on sample cards ensures the color you see on screen matches the real tone. That's why we recommend viewing samples at the showroom if possible.
4. Placing the Order
The “Create Custom-Size Order” button on product pages takes you to our WhatsApp line, where you can send your measurements and preferences directly. You can also visit our Istanbul showroom to handle the process face to face.
5. Production and Delivery
Since custom-size rugs are made specially on the loom, they require a longer production process than products shipped from stock. Production time may vary depending on material and size.
