Cancellation and Refund Conditions

At Vog Concept, we value customer satisfaction and prepare every order with great care. You can return your purchased rug or carpet free of charge within 14 days of receipt, provided it is unused, undamaged, and in a condition suitable for resale.

1. Returnable Products
Standard size, all carpets and rugs shipped from stock.
The product must be unused, spotless, odorless, and in a condition suitable for resale.
All original packaging, labels, accessories, and protective materials must be included in the shipment.

2. Custom Size Carpets
All rugs in the Custom Size Rugs category (excluding standard sizes) are cut from rolls and custom-made to order, therefore they are not eligible for returns. These products cannot be resold to another customer. Therefore, there is no right to cancellation, exchange, or return.

3. Return Conditions
The return request must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.
Returns of used, damaged, soiled, smelly, or unsuitable for resale will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are covered by Vog Concept.
Secure and robust packaging is essential to prevent damage to the product during shipping. The customer is responsible for any damage caused by inadequate packaging.
Products arriving at our warehouse are inspected by our expert team. Return requests deemed unsuitable may be rejected.
If the return is refused, the product will be sent back to the customer.

4. How to Create a Return Request

Your request will be reviewed by our team and you will receive a response within 48 hours. This period may be longer during busy campaign periods.

5. Refund Process
Once the product arrives at our warehouse and is confirmed to be in good condition, your refund will be processed within a maximum of 21 business days, depending on your payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

6. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
If you believe your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us by filling out the form within 7 days of the delivery date.

To have your application considered, you must submit photographs and/or video recordings clearly showing the condition of the product. If the claim is found to be justified after the review is complete, Vog Concept will arrange for a product exchange or a refund, including return shipping costs.

Damages and defects caused by the user, or claims made after the 7-day notification period has expired and no supporting documents are submitted, are not covered under this policy.

7. Cargo Delivery and Damage Report Obligation
If any damage is noticed to the packaging, box, or product upon delivery, it is mandatory to prepare a damage report together with the delivery person. Damage reports without a damage report may not be considered.

8. Limitations of Use and Trial
Carpets and rugs that have been laid on the floor even for testing purposes, come into contact with shoes, have furniture placed on them, are folded, or are used in any way are considered used products and returns are not accepted.

Furniture marks, pile direction distortion, crushing, pilling, discoloration, wrinkling, creases, or signs of use are grounds for return refusal.

9. Hygiene and Pet-Related Conditions
Products found to have been used in environments with pets, or those containing animal hair, odor, dust, or that are unsuitable for resale due to hygiene reasons, will not be accepted for return.

10. High-Value Orders
For orders with a total value of 50,000 TL or more, Vog Concept reserves the right to apply an additional review period, request detailed visual documentation, and take additional verification steps. This process may extend return and refund processing times.

11. Campaign Discounts and Coupon Usage
For products purchased using campaigns, discounts, or coupons, the refund amount is calculated based on the net amount paid at the time of ordering. No refunds will be issued for price changes after the campaign, additional discount requests, or price difference refunds.

12. One-Time Refund Request and Single Shipment
Only one return request can be created for the same order number. Even if multiple products were purchased within a single order, all products to be returned must be made in a single return request and in a single shipment. Creating separate return requests for products from the same order at different times or in multiple shipments is not accepted.

13. Abuse and Unusual Return Behavior
Vog Concept reserves the right to refuse return requests to the extent permitted by law in cases where the right of return is abused, an unusual frequency of returns is detected, or purchases are deemed to be made for commercial purposes.

14. Corporate Sales
For purchases made based on corporate invoices, returns are only accepted if the purchasing company issues and sends us a return invoice. Returns for corporate orders cannot be processed without a return invoice being issued and sent to us.

15. Final Assessment Authority
In all return and refund processes, subject to legal regulations, the final assessment and decision will be made by Vog Concept based on the condition of the product and its suitability for resale.

Vog Concept reserves the right to update the return conditions within the legal framework.
