When will my order be shipped?
Your order is handed over to the carrier within 7 business days at the latest after payment is confirmed. Shipments are delivered via Sürat Kargo or Yurtiçi Kargo.
Can I order a custom-size rug?
Yes. On product pages in the Custom-Size Rugs category, click the 'Create Custom-Size Order' button to send us your dimensions and request via WhatsApp.
How do returns and cancellations work?
You can return standard-size rugs and kilims shipped from stock free of charge within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in resalable condition. Custom-Size Rugs cut specifically for you are excluded and cannot be returned.
Can I visit your showroom, and what are your opening hours?
Yes. At our showroom in Istanbul, you can touch our rugs and see the colors in person. Address: Petroliş Mah. Üsküdar Cad. No:48/A, Kartal/İstanbul. Our hours are Monday–Saturday 10:00–19:00 and Sunday 12:00–19:00.
What materials are your rugs made from?
Our collection includes both hand-woven and machine-made rugs. Hand-woven models use natural yarns such as wool, bamboo, Tencel (lyocell), linen, jute and cotton; machine-made models also include viscose, polyester and acrylic options. The yarn content is stated on every product page.
